Legal Basis of CCC Certification

The legal basis of the CCC Certification consists of the Administrative Regulations on the CCC Certification, promulgated by the AQSIQ and ratified on its executive meeting on May. 26th, 2009 (AQSIQ-117) as well as the Regulations on Certification and Accreditation, ratified by the State Council on the 18th standing conference on Aug.20th, 2003 and effective on Nov. 1st, 2003.
