Mandatory Change Application

If there is change in obligation due to renewal of the Implementing Rules and GB standards, the certification authority shall make this known online, and so to inform the certified companies by fax, e-mail about this.

Upon receipt of this notice each certified company has submitted an amendment together with all necessary documents for the certification authority within the prescribed period.

Following changes are subject to the change obligation:

1) Changes which impact the certification (certification changes for short) including the change of certificate information (including the mass production parts change into service parts);
2) Technical change (design, structure parameters, key components/materials and the supplier, etc.) of certified product which influence the compliance of relevant standard;
3) If the COP may be impacted when the COP control plan and production conditions change, the certification client should apply and submit the documents to the certification organization for the change before the products involving the change leave the plant, are sold or imported.
4) Alteration from serial production to spare parts.
In the case of non-fulfillment of the change obligations, the CCC certificates have to be canceled, discontinued or withdrawn by the certification authority.
